Corn pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of corn
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 Tbsp wheat flour
  • 500g ground and sauteed chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 200ml Ducoco Coconut milk
  • 300g shredded mozzarella
  • 100g grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 small package of shoestring potatoes
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to medium heat.
  2. In a blender, place the drained corn, the milk, the Ducoco Coconut Milk, the salt and the flour.
  3. Beat until it becomes a smooth mixture.
  4. Transfer to a pan and cook, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  5. Salt to taste.
  6. Mix well and pour into a deep baking dish.
  7. Spread the ground chicken and cover with cream cheese.
  8. Afterwards, place the shredded mozzarella and sprinkle the grated parmesan on top.
  9. Bake in medium heat for 20 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and sprinkle the shoestring potatoes over the dish. Now serve.
