Hidden Gelatin

Ingredients

  • 1 Frutop Strawberry Gelatin mixture
  • 2 packet Frutop Odorless and Colorless Gelatin
  • 200ml Ducoco Coconut Milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 250ml milk (you can use the empty can of sweetened condensed milk as a measure)
  • Oil to line the pan

Directions

  1. Hydrate the Frutop Colorless Gelatin with the Ducoco Coconut Milk and put aside.
  2. Boil the milk and pour over the Frutop Strawberry Gelatin, stirring until it is well blended.
  3. Combine the two creams and add the sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Line the Bundt pan with oil and pour in the cream mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  6. Remove the gelatin from the pan and serve.
