Fairy Pave

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple, drained (set aside the syrup)
  • 1 can heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 box Frutop strawberry gelatin
  • 200g champagne

Topping

  • 1 box Frutop whipping cream mix
  • ½ cup cold milk

Directions

  1. Boil the syrup reserved from the pineapple.
  2. In a blender, beat the syrup, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, pineapple, and the gelatin dissolved in 1 cup hot water, then one cup cold water.
  3. Prepare whipping cream according to package directions.
  4. Assemble the pavé in layers, alternating the cookies and the pineapple cream.
  5. Decorate with the whipped cream.

Additional information

  • Hint: For a fun flare, colored sprinkles can also be used for decoration.
